I’m a licensed therapist, certified eating disorder specialist, and binge eating recovery coach dedicated to helping women break free from the cycle of bingeing and restricting. I know this struggle intimately because I've walked that path myself.

My approach is practical and compassionate. I blend years of personal experience with clinical expertise, brain science, and a trauma-informed perspective to offer simple, effective shifts. In our time together, you’ll learn to trust your inner voice and embrace a flexible, sustainable way of living—one that honors who you are.
