Hi, I’m Molly

I’m a licensed therapist, certified eating disorder specialist, and binge eating recovery coach for women over 30.

I’m passionate about helping women stop the binge-restrict cycle using a process I call Identify, Interrupt, Replace — because what you’re struggling with isn’t about willpower. And it’s not your fault.

I combine your lived experience with my clinical training, neuroscience, and a trauma-informed understanding of binge eating as an adaptive response — not a personal failure.

My approach is compassionate and practical. I help you make small, sustainable shifts that lead to real change — not just with food, but in how you feel about yourself.

Years ago, I walked my own path to healing. Your story might be different, but I promise you — we likely share more than you think. There’s power in working with someone who gets it, and even more in a community of women who do too.

How I Got Here

From middle school through early adulthood, I struggled with an eating disorder. I thought that losing weight would make me feel accepted, included, and finally “good enough.”

But instead of belonging, I felt more isolated — like something was wrong with me for not being able to control it.

Everything changed the day I met someone who had been through it. She understood the struggle and had found a way out. That moment gave me hope — and a path forward.

My healing wasn’t linear. It took time, support, and a clear vision of the life I wanted. But once I found the right person to walk beside me, I began to believe I could heal too.

That path eventually led me here — as a licensed therapist, eating disorder specialist, and binge eating recovery coach. I now offer the same connection, collaboration, and guidance that helped me years ago.

Your story might not look like mine, but I get it. And I get you. There’s a deep, unspoken connection between women who’ve been in this struggle — and it’s in that shared space where real healing begins.

 How I Can Help You

You don’t have to do this alone — and you don’t have to keep fighting food or your body.

Through this journey, you’ll begin to feel a sense of grounding—being held by a circle of women who truly get it, who welcome you exactly as you are, and who offer support that’s free of judgment and full of compassion.

Together, we create space for you to reconnect with yourself — not through restriction or control, but through consistency, compassion, and calm.

You’ll learn to rebuild your relationship with food and body in a way that’s compassionate, sustainable, and rooted in what works for you

You’ll let go of food rules and diet culture lies. You’ll reclaim your time, energy, and emotional bandwidth.

And most importantly, you’ll begin to believe — and feel — that your worth has never depended on your weight, your size, or what you ate last night.

You’ll stop comparing your body to others, because you’ll finally understand you are exactly who you are meant to be.

You’ll exhale. And you’ll walk your own path forward — with support beside you the whole way.
