Why I Created This Coaching Program
I created this coaching program because I know what it feels like to live with constant thoughts about food, body, and worth. I know the pressure of tying your value to the number on the scale… feeling good when restricting … and the shame that follows when you binge.
I spent years avoiding social events because of how I felt in my body — or how I believed others would see me. I grew up in a world where diets were normal, and weight loss was the path to happiness. Like you, I tried everything. And like you, I ended up feeling more disconnected, more depleted, and more stuck.
What changed everything for me was one person — someone who came into my life and helped me see a different way forward. That moment started my path toward freedom.
This coaching program is built from both my personal recovery and my professional expertise. As a licensed therapist and certified eating disorder specialist, I’ve helped countless women identify, interrupt, and replace the chaos of binge-restrict cycles.
