She’s helped countless women break free from the binge-restrict cycle and rebuild a peaceful relationship with food and their bodies — not through more control, but through safety, consistency, and support.
Molly brings both clinical expertise and lived experience to this work. She gets it — and she walks alongside every woman in this membership with compassion, clarity, and care.
